Questions about pricing

What counts as a reply?

Every finished email draft LetterForge writes for you: a reply, a first message or a rejection. A shorter or friendlier version right after a draft doesn’t count again. Emails you write yourself never count.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Every feature, no time limit, no credit card. You get 20 replies each calendar month, and on the 1st they start again. Reading emails, the boards, handing emails to your mail app and the export always work.

What happens when my free replies are used up?

Everything else keeps working. From the 1st of next month LetterForge writes again, or you switch to Solo and carry on straight away.

Is the number of candidates limited?

No. Add as many candidates as you like on every plan. Only the replies LetterForge writes are counted.

What happens when the replies of Solo or Team are used up?

Everything else keeps working. Until the 1st of next month you write yourself or start from a template, and the emails are tracked as always. On Team, up to 10 people share 5,000 replies a month. If you regularly need more, write to us.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time in your account. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every invoice is in your account as a PDF.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing. Candidates, notes and emails are on your computer and stay there.
