No. The draft opens in your mail app and you press send. LetterForge notices that the email went out and notes it on the candidate.

Your mailbox stays on your computer, and so do the candidates, emails and notes in LetterForge. For a draft, only that one candidate’s conversation and the details the draft needs go, encrypted, through our server to the AI service. Our server passes them on and does not store them. The request is processed by OpenAI (USA), outside the EU. Requests through the provider’s API are not used for training.

Apple Mail on the Mac, classic Outlook on Windows and Thunderbird on both. Gmail accounts work once you add them to one of these. LetterForge can’t read the new Outlook yet; a Microsoft 365 account works in classic Outlook.

That works, just not in the browser. Add your Gmail or Google Workspace account to Apple Mail, classic Outlook or Thunderbird, which is free and takes a few minutes. LetterForge then reads your emails from there, right on your computer, and needs no access to your Google account.

Yes. Sign in to the app with your account on each computer. Your account lists every signed-in computer and lets you sign any of them out. Candidates and emails are stored on the computer you work on them.

Every finished email draft LetterForge writes for you: a reply, a first message or a rejection. A shorter or friendlier version right after a draft doesn’t count again. Emails you write yourself never count.

Yes. Every feature, no time limit, no credit card. You get 20 replies each calendar month, and on the 1st they start again. Reading emails, the boards, handing emails to your mail app and the export always work.

Everything else keeps working. From the 1st of next month LetterForge writes again, or you switch to Solo and carry on straight away.
