“Thanks for the call. Before I decide: what’s the salary range, and could I work from home two days a week?”
Draft from the thread, the vacancy and your call note
Hi Lena, thanks again for Monday. The client has set £65–75k for the role. Two days at home each week are fine; Tuesdays and Thursdays the team is in the Manchester office …
How it works
Tuesday, 4:50 pm: “What’s the salary, and can I work from home two days a week?” The email arrives in Outlook as usual.
It has the vacancy with the salary band, your earlier emails with the candidate and the note from Monday’s call. It writes the reply from that.
The reply opens in your own mail app and goes out from your address. You read it, change a word if you like, and send it.
Demo
The video follows a salary question from the moment it lands in Outlook until the reply is sent.
Leave your email address and we will let you know as soon as LetterForge can be downloaded.
Candidates, emails and notes are stored on your computer, not on our server. When a draft is written, only the text it needs is sent, encrypted, through our server to the AI service. Our server passes it on and does not keep it.
What goes where →LetterForge reads from the mail app you already use: Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird. You don’t type in a mail password or server settings. Emails go out from your own mailbox, as they always have.
Your spreadsheet and your inbox stay as they are. LetterForge doesn’t replace them, it takes care of the replies. You add candidates when you need them, one at a time or as a CSV file from Excel.
When you need it
You don’t need any of this on day one. But the more LetterForge knows about a candidate, the less you change in the draft.
Every candidate you have worked with, in one list you can search across all vacancies. Someone who applied last spring is quick to find again.
Keep the contact person for each client, the language and how formally you write. After you present a candidate, note the client’s feedback, and your next email to the candidate can pass it on.
Type a few words during a call. LetterForge turns them into a clean note and an email for the candidate.
Add the CV as PDF or Word and allow a note to be used in letters. The draft can then refer to real experience and to what you agreed on the phone.
Every plan has every feature. You pay once you need more replies.

Because LetterForge works directly with the mail app on your computer. Your mailbox stays where it is, and emails go out from your Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird as before.
Your mailbox stays on your computer, and so do the candidates, emails and notes in LetterForge. For a draft, only that one candidate’s conversation and the details the draft needs go, encrypted, through our server to the AI service. Our server passes them on and does not store them. The request is processed by OpenAI (USA), outside the EU. Requests through the provider’s API are not used for training.
More about security →Then you know the routine: copy the thread in, copy the answer out, fix the names. LetterForge already has the thread, the vacancy and your notes, and the finished email opens in your mail app. Try both on real emails, with 20 free replies a month.
You choose the tone, the greeting and the length. If you like, LetterForge learns your style from emails you have sent yourself. Every email opens in your mail app first, and nothing goes out without your click.
That works, just not in the browser. Add your Gmail or Google Workspace account to Apple Mail, classic Outlook or Thunderbird, which is free and takes a few minutes. LetterForge then reads your emails from there, right on your computer, and needs no access to your Google account.
For Mac (Apple silicon and Intel) and Windows 10 or 11. Works with Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird.
